John

Say “HI” to Flavor when you come in for his favorite Irish food, Bangers & Mash. You might want to call him “sir” when you ask for a Half & Half, but don’t hesitate; he likes it when you know what you want. If you don’t know what you want, don’t be surprised to hear him say “Pogue Mahone!” Flavor only owns 3 kilts, so you won’t see him wearing one every day.

Jeff

You can call Flavor “sir,” but don’t call our manager, Jeff, “sir” – he prefers to hear “Jeff is fine” from the ladies. You’ll never see him wearing a kilt, but he does enjoy Guinness and The Pogues.

Leanne

Did you know that Leanne has a degree in Neuroscience and loves Smithwick’s? Ask her to make you a drink with Bailey’s Irish Cream and you’ll be blown away. But don’t you dare wave your money at her or holler for her from down the bar.

Mike

Mike likes to say “Erin Go Brau” and eat Fish & Chips. You can call him…well, if he gives you his number! He likes River Dance but he still won’t wear a kilt.

Drew

This is Drew, our assistant manager. We know he is Irish because his favorite Irish drink is Whiskey and he’ll wear a kilt “when I feel like it.” If you want to get on his good side, play some Celtic Storm or Albannach.

Dave

While Drew’s favorite Irish saying is “I’m not drunk”, Ziggy’s favorite Irish saying is “I’m drunk.” He also likes The Pogues an awful lot and someday, if he ever grows up, he’d like to be a pirate with a Guinness in his hand.

Alita

Alita likes That Fiddler and she’ll gladly wear a kilt if someone will buy one for her. She wants to be a cheetah when she grows up but we’re not sure if cheetahs can handle her favorite drink, Whiskey.

Jenny

Only the sexy customers are allowed to call Baby Girl; she loves to eat mashed potatoes, so go ahead and order an Irish burger for her to make for you. She thinks she is the perfect customer, so watch out – you’ll never measure up to her.
